#MondayMotivation Expressing gratitude with a simple gesture goes a long way. I wanted to find a way to do a little something special for my client ProV employees for being welcoming but also, wanting always to extend a helping hand. I would say YouRock but, that wasn't enough for me. So, I decided to buy a bag of engraved You Rock rocks and moving forward; I would leave one on the desk at night if they were helpful to reinforce my You Rock. It was a simple conscious kindness way to express my gratitude and to remind them, You Rock, don't forget it, Thank You. That no act of kindness however small is ever wasted.
I ordered these rocks as client giveaways for a geotechnical company. They are awesome. They are bigger then expected, cleaned and polished. The writing is bold and easy to read.
I will be ordering more.
As with staff - everyone is different and can be a superstar. These are real rocks that are all different and nicely executed. So far staff are surprised and excited when they get this unique acknowledgement.
These were purchased for a party celebrating a fellow employee as she leaves for another position. These rocks Decorated the table during the party, gave everyone a souvenir from her time with the organization and was a beautiful way to celebrate her influence on the department. They were perfect for this occasion. Thank you!
I love giving these rocks to people who do a little extra to make my life amazing. I have even gotten my granddaughter to join in the fun. They are quality rocks that allow me to put a smile on people's faces.
